Congratulations Caron Partridge
BREVARD COUNTY, FL – Caron Partridge, Communication Director at United Way Brevard, was awarded the American Advertising Federation’s highest honor, a Silver Medal. AAF’s Silver Medal is presented to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to their company, community and to the general advancement of the Advertising Industry, as well as displaying a high level of creative ability.
Mrs. Partridge was presented with the Silver Medal Award at the AAF - Space Coast ADDY Award Gala that was held Saturday, February 19, 2011. She was selected to receive this esteemed award by past Silver Medal recipients from nominations submitted by her industry peers.
Mrs. Partridge is responsible for managing all advertising and marketing efforts that highlight the health and human care work of the United Way and their non-profit partners. She has also served AAF at the District level by holding the Public Service Chair position and successfully launching district-wide campaigns to promote Keep Art in Schools, 2-1-1 Information and Give A Little Feed A Lot.
Jackie Barker, President of SKY Advertising, explained the qualities Caron possesses that aided in her being selected to receive the award, "Caron's long-time service to the field of advertising exceeds requirements of a Silver Medalist. She works diligently and creatively to build and grow community resources that improve the lives of thousands of our most vulnerable friends and neighbors. She elevates our entire field and the future of advertising through her work with AAF - Space Coast, United Way and their many partners."
